Comments: I really thought this would do the trick and was what i wanted.I have used it twice once on a four mile run the other on a 31 mile run.IT was awful!!!! I had to really tighten around my waist which i DO NOT like.It bounces around really bad and is just plain uncomfortable.Huge waste of money!!!!! From: Keith, Southaven,Ms USA
Comments: This does the trick. I initially had problems with it bouncing around before just cinching it down rather tightly around my stomach. After that it worked out quite well, can't tell I am wearing it after a mile or so. The multi-compartment pouch is nice for carrying ID, energy bars etc - you can fit a medium sized orange in it if you like eating fruit while on a run. The bottles are a bit difficult to place back into the pouches (the upside is there is no way they will work themselves OUT accidentally). Luckily the bottle has a nice shape to it that makes it almost effortless to carry in your hand. I'll just run with the bottle in my hand until it is empty, then struggle with replacing it in the belt. All in all I am very satisfied with the purchase, best way to carry 40oz of water that I can find. From: Aaron, TN, USA
Comments: I bought this water belt for my long runs for a fall marathon training program. It seemed much simpler than the belts with multiple bottles and I liked the 40oz capacity. However, I wore it once on a 10 mile run to try it out and I did not like it at all. The weight on my lower back was very uncomfortable (I'm 5'3"). Plus the belt was so heavy against my stomach that it gave me cramps. The liquid sloshed a lot too. I replaced it with the Amphipod 4 bottle belt which is fantastic! Very comfortable and quiet.
