Comments: I am an avid runner, that runs 4-6 days a week, and needs to carry hydration. My 2 year old bottle decided to start leaking, so it was time for a new one. Looking for another brand that might offer improvements, I purchased this one. BIG MISTAKE! It started leaking BEFORE I even started running! Yes, the top was on correctly and tightened appropriately, and the spout was closed all the way. It even leaked around the bottom of the cap. The spout is a harder plastic, that really doesn't offer sipping. Its more like streaming and in my opinion, isn't mouth friendly. I was very disappointed, because visually it seemed to be just what I was looking for. Looks can be deceiving!

Comments: Well worth the extra few dollars over the non-insulated version if you ever anticipate using this in warm or hot weather.  The point of the neoprene sleeve isn't really to insulate the fluid inside the bottle -- it's to provide a barrier between your hand and the bottle.  If you have a non-insulated bottle packed with ice cubes and water, your hand will get cold very quickly even on a hot day.  Conversely, the insulator sleeve does a great job of shielding your hand, and the sleeve itself is comfortable.

(For comments on the bottle in general, see my review and others' reviews on the non-insulated 20oz product page.)
