This service guarantees that the items shipped to you are exactly what you ordered. If the products, as entered into your shopping cart, are incorrectly shipped to you, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Orders can be confirmed by checking your order confirmation email. Contact us if there are any discrepancies and we will take all reasonable steps to correct any problems.

We guarantee our prices! If you find an item available for a lower price on another website within 14 days of your purchase date, Runningwarehouse.com will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and our price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at Runningwarehouse.com within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How it works:

If at the time of purchase or within 14 days after your purchase you find the exact same product on an authorized US-based online store for a lower price, Running Warehouse will reimburse you for the difference in price.

Details:

  1. The price paid on Runningwarehouse.com includes any promotional offers used, and does not include taxes.
  2. When you make a request, the products must be currently available on the other site and identical (the same brand, style number, color, size, width and quantity) to the item from Runningwarehouse.com.
  3. All Price Matching requests should be submitted by email within 14 days from the date you placed your order and should include a direct link to the item being price matched.
  4. Our 100% Price Protection policy applies to authorized US-based online sites only. Prices from retail stores, auction sites or pre-paid membership clubs will not be accepted. The website must be a valid Internet retailer based in the United States and the product price must be advertised or published on that site.
  5. Runningwarehouse.com will not match competitors' bonus or free offers, special offers, buy one - get one free offers, manufacturer rebates, financing offers, clearance or closeout prices on current product, or prices on used, damaged or defective items. Runningwarehouse.com will not match competitors' prices that result from a price match with another site.
  6. You may make one request per product purchased.
  7. Price Matching is only available for orders shipped within the United States and its Territories, and to APO/FPO addresses. Price Matching is not available for orders shipped internationally.
  8. Additional promotional, club or team discount codes cannot be applied to price matched items.

If you qualify for our price match, you'll receive the 100% of the price difference. You can expect a response from us within 48 hours from the time you submit a request.

Returns Information

Running Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be made within 60 days from the original invoice date. To receive a refund, exchange or store credit for the full value of your purchase, products must be returned in new condition and in the original box or packaging.

Free return shipping is available only to orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States. A complimentary UPS Ground return label is included in every package shipped within these states and is good for 60 days from the original invoice date. Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Shoes

  • Please return your shoes in new condition. To ensure proper fit and maintain new condition, please try-on shoes on a clean surface and remove any debris prior to returning shoes.
  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the original manufacturer's shoebox.

Clothing

  • All clothing must be returned unwashed and unstained with the original tags still attached.
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or washed is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Other Items

  • Shrink Wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Defective Items

  • Defective product must be shipped back to Running Warehouse within 60 days from the original invoice date.
  • All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Returns from orders within the 48 Contiguous States

  1. Fill out the enclosed "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form and indicate if you would like an exchange, refund, or store credit.
  2. Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form back into the original shipping box or the provided soft pack.
  3. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  4. Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack.
  5. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.
  6. Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver.
  7. Returns are shipped via UPS Ground; please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back at our warehouse after you have shipped the package.

Returns from International, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian Orders

  1. Fill out the enclosed "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form and indicate if you would like an exchange, refund, or store credit.
  2. Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form back into the original shipping box or the provided soft pack.
  3. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  4. Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  5. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.
  6. International customers please note: Any customs fee incurred by Running Warehouse will be deducted from your refund.

Team Discount Codes

Taxes, Duties & Fees

Sales tax is only applied on orders shipping within the state of California. International customers are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. Running Warehouse strongly suggests that you review our International webpage and check with your local government agency to determine the extent of any additional charges prior to purchase.

Shipping Options

FREE 2-Day shipping is valid only on orders delivered to street addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States. To quickly view shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart and click on 'Calculate Shipping.' Select your country and then click on 'Calculate Shipping' again.
