Returns

Return shipping for orders received within the continental United States is free. A complimentary UPS Ground return label is placed in every package shipped within the continental United States. Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back into our warehouse after you have shipped the package.

To prepare your domestic return shipment:

    domestic
  1. Fill out the enclosed "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund (PDF of form available here).
  2. Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form back into the original shipping box or the provided soft pack.
  3. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  4. Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack.
  5. Write down the return label shipping number for future reference.

To ship your domestic return back to Running Warehouse:

Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back into our warehouse after you have shipped the package.

Your return label is good for 60 days from the original invoice date.

Clothing

  • All clothing must be returned unwashed and unstained with the original tags still attached
  • Clothing that has been worn and/or washed, cannot be exchanged or returned

Shoes

  • Please return your shoes in new condition and in their original box. You are welcome to try on the shoes to ensure proper fit, but please keep them on a clean, carpeted surface when trying them on for fit to maintain their new condition.
  • Please use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the original manufacturer's shoe box.

Other Items

  • Shrink Wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Return Instructions for orders received outside the Continental US

To prepare your return shipment:

  1. Fill out the enclosed "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund (PDF of form available here).
  2. Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Return Shipping and Exchange Information" form back into the original shipping box or soft pack. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  3. To ship your return back to Running Warehouse: Drop the return shipment off with your preferred carrier. You will be responsible for all shipping charges with your preferred carrier. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

International Customers please note: Any customs fees incurred by Running Warehouse will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned within 60 days from the date of your invoice in new, store-bought condition and in the original shoe box or packaging to receive a credit to your account.

Defective Product

Running Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. All defective products should be shipped back to Running Warehouse within 60 days of your order date via the enclosed UPS return shipping label. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or have a replacement delivered if available. When we receive your defective product, we will immediately ship your replacement if available or refund your money based on your written instructions.

Please be aware that products that have been used for a significant period of time before being returned as defective will void out any acceptable return to Running Warehouse.

You may pay with Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, American Express or by using PayPal. Please contact our International Department for more details regarding PayPal payments. Please note that Running Warehouse will require additional personal information from you before we can process your order.

Discount Codes

Customers are permited to use a single (1) discount code for each purchase. Attempts at purchasing using multiple codes for a single purchase will be voided.

International Customs & Import Fees

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

Our online ordering system uses industry standard SSL 128-bit security encryption. Your information is transmitted using an encryption algorithm that only we can decode. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
