How it works:

If at the time of purchase or within 14 days after your purchase you find the exact same product on an authorized US-based online store for a lower price, Running Warehouse will reimburse you for the difference in price.

Details:

  1. The price paid on Runningwarehouse.com includes any promotional offers used, and does not include taxes.
  2. When you make a request, the products must be currently available on the other site and identical (the same brand, style number, color, size, width and quantity) to the item from Runningwarehouse.com.
  3. All Price Matching requests should be submitted by email within 14 days from the date you placed your order and should include a direct link to the item being price matched.
  4. Our 100% Price Protection policy applies to authorized US-based online sites only. Prices from retail stores, auction sites or pre-paid membership clubs will not be accepted. The website must be a valid Internet retailer based in the United States and the product price must be advertised or published on that site.
  5. Runningwarehouse.com will not match competitors' bonus or free offers, special offers, buy one - get one free offers, manufacturer rebates, financing offers, clearance or closeout prices on current product, or prices on used, damaged or defective items. Runningwarehouse.com will not match competitors' prices that result from a price match with another site.
  6. You may make one request per product purchased.
  7. Price Matching is only available for orders shipped within the United States and its Territories, and to APO/FPO addresses. Price Matching is not available for orders shipped internationally.
  8. Additional promotional, club or discount codes cannot be applied to price matched items.

Free 2-Day Shipping

Running Warehouse offers Free 2-Day Shipping on all orders of any dollar value delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Same business day shipping for orders of in stock items placed by 10:00 AM PST.
  • 2 business day delivery.
  • Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
  • Please note: In the event of inclement weather conditions, delivery delays may occur. 2nd day delivery guarantees do not apply to shipments affected by weather.

$9.95 Overnight Shipping

Running Warehouse offers $9.95 Overnight Shipping for 1-4 lb. orders delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Same business day shipping for overnight orders received after 12:00 PM for in stock items will be shipped the following business day.
  • Next business day delivery.
  • Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
  • Overnight shipments require a signature upon delivery.
  • Special $9.95 pricing applies to 1-4 lb. packages only.
  • Please note: In the event of inclement weather conditions, delivery delays may occur. Overnight delivery guarantees do not apply to shipments affected by weather.

International Shipping

Customer Protection Policy

Running Warehouse makes customer security a top priority. All pages asking for personal information during the checkout process provide encrypted data transmission. This security is denoted in the web address beginning with “https.”

In an effort to protect our customers, a valid phone number and verifiable billing and shipping addresses are required with each order. We may call to verify the billing and shipping information for any order. At our discretion, we may require an order only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. In such a situation, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed with the order.

Running Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available only to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. A complimentary UPS Ground return label is included in every package shipped within these states. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery back to Running Warehouse. Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Returns from orders within the 48 Contiguous States

  1. Fill out the Contiguous United States Return and Exchange Instructions form and indicate if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
  2. Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Running Warehouse Return and Exchange Instructions" form back into the original shipping box, the provided soft pack, or similar shipping container. Securely tape your shipment closed.
  3. Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
  4. Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver.
  5. Returns are shipped via UPS Ground; please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back at our warehouse after you have shipped the package.

Returns from international, APO/FPO, Alaskan , Hawaiian or U.S. territory orders

  1. Fill out the enclosed Non-contiguous United States Return Shipping and Exchange Information form and indicate if you would like an exchange, refund or store credit.
  2. Place the items you would like to return along with a copy of the "Running Warehouse Return Shipping and Exchange Instructions" form back into the original shipping box, the provided soft pack, or similar shipping container. Securely tape your shipment closed. Remove or black out any other labels.
  3. Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

  4. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

90 Day No Sweat Returns

Running Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point, new or used, within 90 days from the original invoice date.

  • To receive a refund or exchange for the full value of your purchase, products must be returned in new, store-bought condition within 90 days from the original invoice date.
  • Products returned in used or worn condition within 90 days from the original invoice date can be exchanged for another item, or are eligible to receive a store credit for the full value of the purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for exchanges or store credit.
  • Products returned beyond 90 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive a store credit at the sole discretion of Running Warehouse.
  • Please note: PayPal refunds made more than 60 days after the original payment are considered new payments and regular PayPal fees for receiving money will incur. Running Warehouse will refund the value of the product returned; the total amount of money received will reflect the refund less any PayPal fees.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

  • Please contact us about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.
  • All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

Sales tax is only applied on orders shipping within the state of California. International customers are responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and/or taxes. Running Warehouse strongly suggests that you review our International webpage and check with your local government agency to determine the extent of any additional charges prior to purchase.
