FootWheel Customer feedback
Comments: If you have plantar fasciitis, I would strongly recommend using the FootWheel. I got plantar fasciitis while running a 1/2 marathon, not knowing what the problem was until a few days after the race, and discussing the pain I had in my foot with a running buddy. If you wake up in the morning and find it painful to take those first few steps out of bed, and have this same experience after being off your feet for a while, you have plantar fasciitis. The FootWheel works wonders very quickly. I keep it next to my bed so that I can use it first thing in the morning before I walk anywhere. It does an excellent job of stretching out your plantar fascia and making it a lot easier to move around after you have been off your feet. I also keep it at my desk at work to role under my feet, since this is where I spend a lot of time off of my feet. If you are searching for relief from plantar fasciitis, I would strongly encourage you to make a small investment into the FootWheel; it is definitely worth the price. I typically average between 40 - 50 miles of running per week if I am not getting ready for a race, and 70 - 100 miles per week if I am getting ready for a race, depending on the race. Good luck!
