Customer Reviews

Comments: I got these shoes delivered today. They are so cute. I got 9 1/2 and I have wide feet. It's the end of the day when your feet are swollen and when I tried them on they were not tight. Very comfortable. I don't like the speed laces so I cut those off and put in the regular bright yellow ones that came with it. Those elastic lace garages aren't useful for me so those went too. I love the cushiony sole. I'm not a runner. I have diabetes and I'm overweight so these are great because they have no seams on the inside to make blisters, which is important for diabetics. I wear them to work so my heels don't get sore with tendonitis again. I have another pair, my first, mens Mafate 3 size 8. I got mens to be safe with the width. The length on those seemed a little short at first but I took out the insoles and they fit great. I also got another pair of Mafate 3 in womens 9 1/2 those fit great too. Running Warehouse had such a great deal I had to get 2 pair. They're definitely worth t he money. If you're not a runner but want something cushiony to walk on, Hoka's are the shoes. It's so great to be able to exercise and not have pain in my knees and heels.

Comments: I'm a 43 year old runner. I run 45-55 miles a week runner at 7:30 to 8:30 training pace. I am a bad pronator, and I use custom orthotics in all of my running shoes. I bought the Bondi 3 several months ago. I had really benefited from the first and second generation Bondi Bs. I had to return the Bondi 3 because the upper part at the top of the laces pressed into my foot with every step and caused such bad bruising that I had to take about a week off from running at all in any shoes! Like the commenter above, I felt that the new rigid materials were a poor innovation.

Comments: I have a pair of Bondi and the Stinson Tarmac...this is my second pair of Bondi's and I do not like this pair...the heel has a rigid plastic on it making it very uncomfortable to will be my last pair of bondi's or any that has the rigid plastic heel.
