Comments: Nice shoe with many good features. FIT: confusing because the text says get 1 full size smaller, but ShoeFitr showed a normal fit for me. I got 1/2 size smaller and it was just right. I usually wear a 10-1/2, but in a few shoes will wear an 11. A 10-1/2 would likely have been wearable, but not optimal. FEEL & RUNNING: it's a firm shoe, and very comfortable. I especially like the low heel tab (no Achilles tendonosis here!) and overall fit width and comfort was excellent. Can't say anything about the reduced vertical oscillations that the shoe claims, but I found an easy rhythm with quick cadence. I would say the shoe promotes, or at least does not inhibit, a forefoot strike running style. Shoe will be good for road and mixed surface running. Not as cushioned as a shoe like Saucony Triumph, so I'll use these for runs up to an hour on roads and longer runs on grass/trails. I would recommend these and will buy them again.
