Comments: The 2013 Gravity in my opinion is much better than the 2012. AS of February 2nd, I ran the Double Bridge Run 15k in Pensacola, FL, and at the expo the days before...there was a Newton rep down from Atlanta who confirmed my suspicion...the 2012 model's lugs were simply too far back. He fitted me for the same size in the 2013 model, and the lugs are MUCH better. I will say, you really do have to land, lever, and lift (lift your quads) to really get the effect of this brand. But, I've been able to achieve my previously faster heel striking mile times with this model, using correct running form techique. LOVE THIS YEARS MODEL!!!!!!!!!
