Customer Reviews

Comments: fter running in Nikes for years, I read book whose author started Newton. So I decided to give Newtons a shot. In recent years, I had gone from Nike Free 5.0 to 4.0 to 3.0 to get closer to 0 drop (the Newton mantra). Unfortunately, the 3.0 had too little protection, and my knees were hurting some. So it seemed a perfect time to try the Newton. On the first run, I was about 3 minutes faster over a standard 45 minute course that I run. And my knee felt better too. Over the next few weeks, I was a steady 2 to 3 minutes faster on average than in the Nike 4.0 and 3.0 in recent months even though my times vary by as much as 3 minutes from day to day. My legs have progressively felt better. So you can say I am sold.
