Customer Reviews

Comments: I have run in these for a few weeks now and I would really only recommend them to people running a neutral gate or on lower mileage looking for a lighter shoe. The idea is that it would be benificial for overpronators, but I don't recommend it for someone with a history of injury as I found that it reaggrivated some plantar fascia I thought I was done dealing with and I had to start taping my arches after some runs. I mainly use it on tracks and grass (i.e. softer surfaces) with this though would like to point out that it would be best suited for dry roads. Overall: A light low-mileage/neutral shoe, that keeps its bite on dry pavement, although just a little too tall and too cushy to really be a support shoe -maybe better for middle-distance training.

Comments: I have ran in this shoe for about 1.5 weeks, and have done long runs up to 13.5 miles, 7 mile tempo runs between 6:00 and 5:40pace, and speed work (1ks and 300s). I really like this shoe for its weight, and it is very comfortable. I have been running in the Mizuno Wave Rider a lot, with orange super feet inserts. I found this shoe to be the same weight and support as the combo I have been using, but a lot cheaper! It feels really good for most of my runs, but with long runs I feel my feet getting sore because it is not as cushioned as other trainers, I wouldn't go more than 14/15 miles at a time with it. Overall, I really enjoy this shoe and plan to purchase more pairs in the future.
