Comments: I'm generally pretty reluctant to try supplements. But, I've been dealing with severe stomach distress on long runs. I came to the conclusion that it was due to dehydration (at least I think). Although I always carry water, I am still having issues. I decided to give this a try. Honestly, it tastes terrible. I feel like I am drinking slightly flavored salt water. BUT I feel so much better on my long runs. Everyone's stomach is completely different, but so far I'm convinced this helps me.
