Customer Reviews

Comments: Fit: I find this more comfortable wearing this right on my hips. Easily adjustable on both sides, just pull forward or back depending on how/where you like to wear it. So far, the materials are light, comfortable and pretty durable. Although, sharpest things I’ve put in the stretch pockets have been keys or almond butter packets. :P Never had a chaffing issue wearing the belt either way.

Function: I have had been using this belt for almost 2 years. For short jaunts on the trails, I use it with just the included soft flask, phone and car key. I have also used it during a 50k race with aid stations about 10k apart. The belt comfortably held 1 soft flask, light gloves, UV arm sleeves, phone, 2 powdered nutrition packets, a lightweight wind/rain jacket, and an emergency 100 lumen pen-light, and a couple almond butter packets. On longer runs self-supported, I’ll use a simple hydration bottle and tuck it into the back, or carry a hand-held. The larger back pocket can get  overwhelmed if not packed right, or overpacked. I usually leave my lightweight wind/rain jacket unstuffed when placing it in the back pocket to keep the weight dispersed. If you put a flask in the back pocket, it WILL bounce. I have not tried to use the pole storage bungees, but I assume they will add unwanted weight to that back portion.

Overall: I love this product, I highly recommend it. More than enough storage for quick runs or supported endurance races. It is super lightweight. I feel that the quality is pretty darn good. Still in like-new condition after a full year and a half of weekly use. I can see where overstuffing and seam breakage or tears can be an issue. Just be mindful of your needs for the activity and pack accordingly.

Comments: Love this belt and holds a lot of stuff. I used two flask in pack and held one in my hand, sucked all the water down and put collapsed flask in pack and felt like I had no gear on.

Comments: This is the most stable waist belt that I have ever run with. The soft flask works great and collapses as you drink for limited bulk. There is more storage than you think, holds my wind shell, gloves, and hat as well as food for long days. I bought another soft flask for more water. For the serious runner who likes belts this is a must have.
