A heavy duty cross strap provides a locked down fit, and a high density rubber outsole provide excellent traction for rotational or glide techniques.

Sizing is based on the men's scale. Women should subtract 1.5 sizes from their women's shoe size. Example: Women's 8 equals size 6.5 for this shoe.

Comments: The shoe looks great if flashy is your thing. When you put them on, there's literally a "ball" directly under the ball of the foot. It's emphasized for spinning throws like the discus, shot, and maybe hammer.
