Comments: I bought these after trying everything else under the sun for 4 months, trying to heal my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis I developed while ultra training. Nothing worked significantly. I got these on a fluke and quickly realized that they weren't very comfy with shoes, because of the end seams. So, I wore them at night. The first morning after, I got out of bed and prepared to hobble downstairs to my coffee. After 2 steps I realized that my foot was not tight. My heel wasn't screaming. I about squealed. It is unreal how something so simple has made such a big difference! I've worn them for 3 weeks, I am not running, and I forget that I was/am injured. I am starting to get antsy about running, but I am holding off until I can be sure that I'm healed. Because I have given myself a bit of an education on these injuries and treatments, from what I understand, these babies keep my tendons warm and keep blood in my heel, which helps heal the fibers I've stressed. Whatever it does, it's magic. I recommend trying!!
