Customer Reviews

Comments: My last two pair of running shoes were Brooks GTS (width medium: D, Size US 11.5) because of wide feet with a high arch. They didn't leave much room in the front, so I choose US 12 for the Hagio 2 and they fit perfectly. Both shoes have about the same width, 10.5cm at the widest part measured from where the upper joins the sole. About 4 months ago I switched to a forefoot strike on the GTS 14. I worked it up to 20km every couple of days. Today was my first run on the Hagio 2 and I ran a little over 11.7km on them and it felt like flying. Compared to the GTS my speed increased from 10.9 km/h to 12.2 km/h, but I could only run half of the 23km before my calves gave out. Great shoes.
