Comments: I have been using these for about 1 year and they have been well-worth the money. I have terrible shin splints that used to only allow me to run a few miles each week. Thanks to these sleeves and a good set of orthos, I am running an average of 5 miles a day. Just a word of advice, the ice packs may freak out TSA if you put them in your carry-on when you fly!!!

Comments: Best gear I've bought in a while! I love this product. It's great compression while I run and as soon as I'm done running, I pull the packs out of the cold storage bag and drop them in to ice down my legs. The cold doesn't last more than 20 minutes, but you should not be icing longer than that, anyways. It's not too hot to run in them either. I didn't even realize they were there except for the support they offered my calves/shins.

Comments: I love the construction of the 110% Shin/Calf Sleeves. I am an ultra distance runner and use the sleeves for training, racing and recovery in between. The ice and compression combination has helped me recover much faster. Case in point I ran a 100K trail run with 10K feet of climbing wearing the sleeves and 7 days later went and got a sports massage and the therapist was shocked when she said my calves did not require any work even after what I put them through. I also have the knickers and LOVE THEM! Highly recommend!

Comments: The instructions do not specify how to cut the ice cloth to fit the sleeves. I cut them not knowing there were little beads within the cloth. You are limited to cutting and using small pieces of ice pack cloth in the sleeves. It is very difficult to place the ice packs inside and I was not to happy with the product. It's a great idea, but using an actual bag of ice would last longer and feel more comfortable. I haven't taken it for a run yet, but its a double layer of fabric and hopefully wont be too hot.
