Amphipod Hydraform Handheld Thermal-Lite 20 oz Customer feedback

Comments: Well worth the extra few dollars over the non-insulated version if you ever anticipate using this in warm or hot weather. The point of the neoprene sleeve isn't really to insulate the fluid inside the bottle -- it's to provide a barrier between your hand and the bottle. If you have a non-insulated bottle packed with ice cubes and water, your hand will get cold very quickly even on a hot day. Conversely, the insulator sleeve does a great job of shielding your hand, and the sleeve itself is comfortable.
(For comments on the bottle in general, see my review and others' reviews on the non-insulated 20oz product page.)
