Comments: Great for everyday runs during the summer when it is hot out. I carry 4 of the 10.5oz bottles and don't have much problem with them bouncing around. I bought belt size 1 which says up to size 29 waist, even though I wear 32 pants, as I didn't want extra material/weight from the adjustable size. It may fit better if I had gotten the bigger size but I can't complain. I like this style much better than carrying a bottle or a back pack. Easy to use and clean.

Comments: I originally ordered a Spibelt Water Resistant Belt and the Amphipod 10.5 oz. Snap Flasks. The Spibelt will be great during races where there are water stations, but the belt is not as wide as the Amphipod belt and is far too stretchy to hold the Amphipod flasks. Next I ordered the Amphipod belt, which only came in two sizes, size 1 for 23-29" and adjustable for 26-48"; since I have a roughly 31" waist, I had to order the larger one. What I didn't realize is that Amphipod also manufactures size 2 (31-35") and size 3 (35-42") belts, but they are only available through Running Warehouse when you buy them as a kit, including the flasks and a pouch. Since I would rather have a belt that doesn't have so much unnecessary material, I'm ordering the kit and returning the adjustable belt.
