Comments: Forgot something in my lengthy review! No weird tastes or smells with the bottles and they do not leak at all either

Comments: I bought 3 of these belts from RW and a Nathan belt somewhere else. Of those this is the one I kept, Main reasons being the stretch velcro belt and pouch size (Although the pouches are not as roomy as I expected). One unusual thing to note on this belt vs other Amphipod belts is the pouch is fixed/permanent. I usually carry a key fob and sometimes an energy bar.I never run with my phone(smaller smart phone) but tried to fit all three in the pouch, I could maybe fit all 3 but I keep my key fob in a plastic bag and than really only room for 2 of the 3 items, either phone or energy bar gets left out. A bigger phone may need a bigger pouch. I do not use gels so cant comment on that feature. Might suggest as an add on option a bungee strap addition for windbreakers, energy bars etc . Oh size wise I have a 30 waist and the size 2 fits fine. The buckle belt I tried did feel like it shifted or spun slightly and loosened a little during my run, and I just kinda hate them from trying hydration backpacks/vests. I always wondered why they don't use velcro on hydration backpacks instead of all those buckles and straps and now that I have tried a velcro belt it is genius!! Does not move, comfortable, no bounce, maybe a very slight bottle wobble when I first start running with full bottles. All in all I am really impressed with this belt, the minute I strapped it on it felt good. Only two minor nit picks, when it's really cold out the bottles can get stiff and harder to remove and they do slosh a slight bit, wee bit noisy. I also immediately turned the bottles to the side and added the jet squeeze caps. This is my first experience with Amphipod and now learning how easy it is to customize the belts. I find them intuitive too unlike some other gear that mystified me in the past. I liked this one so much I ended up getting another belt from them at a different retailer, It was on sale & had the bigger pouch and extra jet squeeze bottles. Should also mention I contacted Amphipod as I was trying to make the perfect belt and got some great customer service! Very helpful! Do not get to say that too often. Never thought I would run with a hand held, Now I cant believe I actually enjoy running with a hydration belt! Cant say enough about the stretch velcro belt.
