Comments: This is a great water bottle for the gym. The stainless steel keeps my fluids a bit cooler a bit longer than my plastic bottles and the hand strap pocket is extremely generous. However the ergonomics and spout aren't as good for carrying and drinking on the run compared to Amphipod's plastic handhelds. This one requires a second hand to pop the cap off even when it's unthreaded. That's not a particularly big deal ceptin' for the fact the spout has a relatively large diameter so your fluid can easily slosh out if you're not extra careful. If you're looking for a bottle to take with you on the run I recommend going with the plastic Amphipod bottles or the Ultimate Direction bottles with a kicker valve. If you're looking for a handheld for hiking or taking to the gym or on errands, this is a great bottle. From: Sky, Santa Rosa, CA
