Comments: Have used this and a BCG. Would recommend this belt. I freeze three bottles before the run and they snap in tight. Only reason bottle ever falls is because I do not snap it in right. Easy to operate. accessory pouch carries smartphone and 2 gel packs. Would recommend turning bottles on sides as soon as you get it.
