Comments: I ordered this vest from Running Warehouse last year and have taken it with me on long trail runs, 50K and Marathon races, long hikes, and hot training runs. This is the most comfortable vest/pack I have ever used by far. There are 3 adjustable straps so there is no loose areas or "flopping" around, keeping it snug to your body. The bladder weight is barely noticeable as it rests comfortably on your hips. I prefer this design as it eliminates the "slosh effect", is very stable, and ventilates well/is cooler on your back. I use the front pockets on long runs to hold a pair of 24 oz. water bottles (!) I keep pure water in the bladder and my "mix" in the bottles. There are two side pockets that have plenty of room for snacks, phone, etc... I use the back storage area for extra layers in colder weather, extra socks, etc... The attention to detail and build quality (durability) is exceptional.

Comments: Used this vest for a couple of hikes that also included some running. It was more stable than a lot of the Camelbak hydration packs for running, and I liked the lumbar reservoir. However, the second time it was used for a hiking trip, the bottom strap came completely off. We were able to tie a knot to finish the hike/use the vest, but for the price, I wouldn't have expected that to happen! We did put quite a few things into the vest (water, a Gatorade bottle, a can of beer), so that could have been why it broke. But still... I wouldn't have expected that.
