Comments: Comments: I have used CEP's compression "sock" and had great results. I decided to also purchase the CEP "sleeve". I've worn them quite a bit and they work great (plus, they are easier to get on and off versus the sock). I use the sleeve DURING my runs, and I use the sock AFTER my runs. Comments: Wow...I didn't expect these things to make as big of a difference as they had. Even after short runs, I would have pain in my calf that would sideline me for days. I decided to get a pair of CEP's because my options were running low. They made an almost instant difference. Now, even after long runs, I have zero pain. They make such a huge difference in my running lifestyle that I couldn't help but share my thoughts. You do get some funny looks though...but who cares when they really make a difference?! My use is that I wear them on all runs, and usually keep them on for about 20 minutes after (plus whatever cool-down time) to aid recovery.
