Comments: I bought these socks to wear on runs and for recovery.  I liked that the sizes were done by calf size, so I knew the compression was going to be the right amount.  But this turned out to be a bad thing for me as well, as the feet of these socks are way too big for my size 6.5 (7.5 in running shoes) feet.  I ordered a size 3 based on a 13" calf measurement and the compression in the calves and shins is great.  I cannot wear them on runs because the feet are so big.  I kept them to use for recovery only. I suggest the CEP calf sleeves for use on runs.
