Comments: Very reflective, but VERY small. I'm a muscular guy, but not huge. This cuts off the circulation to my arms if I put it any higher than mid-forearm. Fits around my ankles, but not much room to spare there either. Pretty dumb to make it
so small. It's made to be adjustable, so why not make it big and allow users to adjust it smaller? It's impossible to adjust it bigger than it already is.
