Comments: love, love, love this watch. I borrowed my brother's Garmin Forerunner 205 for a few weeks to make sure that I was ok running with a watch on (I've been running with the Nike+ for a few years) and liked his watch. Then I decided to upgrade & to get the 405 and, WOW, what a difference! Much sleeker, better functionality...Love that it synchronizes wirelessly with the computer and love the Garmin website & computer program that show you a complete breakdown of your data. It's amazing to know every step of the way how far you've run and at what pace. I won't run without it now! I HIGHLY suggest programming and "getting to know" the watch BEFORE you go out for a run. I didn't do this & the first run was SO annoying, trying to learn the watch 'on the fly.' Spending just 30 min learning it before you start using it makes it SO enjoyable to run with this little amazing device! (run 20-25 miles/wk, training for my 1st full marathon) From: Lisa, Chicago, IL, USA
