Comments: I don't like these at all. They do not melt in your mouth, especially if you've been running and have a dry mouth. If you chew them, they gum up in your teeth. This makes me crazy and all I can think about is working them out of my teeth instead
of concentrating on my running. In general, I like Hammer Nutrition products, but I would not recommend these until they change the formulation.
