Comments: They're tasty and I love their texture but being composed mostly of sugar it doesn't provide much fuel has some side effects. I've used them for both long rides and a few long runs and most often was left feeling more distaste than energized. Their flavour and sweetness lingers for a long time, the feeling it leaves in the stomach more than offsets any refuelling benefits it may have. If you push hard for extended periods, I honestly urge you to get something else. I've gone through over 3 boxes of these because they are very palatable at first but I'll be getting other stuff from now on

Comments: These are the best chews on the market. They don't stick to my teeth and they taste great. I use them for running and cycling. I am a mouth breather, so if I tuck it in my cheek, it keeps my mouth moist in hot dry weather. I buy them by the case.

Comments: These are my "go to" energy gels. They don't stick in your teeth and they don't seem to cause gi problems for me. They're pretty much perfect in my opinion.

Comments: Great chews. Great taste, easy on the stomach, and easy to eat, even in cold weather. Some chews end up very hard when they drop into cold temperatures, but even in winter trail runs/races, these perform well. Simple ingredient list, and easy to read. Very happy with all Honey Stinger products.

Comments: I got a pack of these at a trail race in fall 2012. I can't stand gels and prefer Shot Blox or Sport Beans. These are way better and perform better as well. The Waffles are great too.....

Comments: I've tried dozens of different running fuels. These are the best ones I've found. They are good smaller size, don't get stuck in your teeth too bad, don't leave sticky gu in your pack, and most importantly they don't make me sick.
