Uses heat to mold the insole to your foot
Details
- Thermo-molding maximizes the surface contact area with your feet
- More surface area means fewer pressure points that cause foot fatigue, soreness and stress
- Warm insoles in the oven, then let them mold to your feet for 2 minutes
- Sizes: 5-11 (full sizes)
- If you wear a half size shoe it is recommended to go up to the next full size. Example: 8.5 shoe should purchase 9.0 insole. Can be trimmed to fit.

Comments: I love these insoles! I suffered horribly from plantar fasciitis for about two years. Then I found these heavenly insoles. My plantar fasciitis was relieved immediately and gone within a month. They have a sturdy plastic arch and heel cup, so they do not break down easily...and at a fraction of the cost of orthopedic insoles!
