  • Warm insoles in the oven, then let them mold to your feet for 2 minutes
  • Sizes: 5-11 (full sizes)
  • If you wear a half soize shoe it is recommended to go up to the next full size. Example: 8.5 shoe should purchase 9.0 insole. Can be trimmed to fit.
