Comments: These are sold for gels but I LOVE them for water usage! Great that you can just squeeze and don't have to pull out the cap while you're running. I've purchased extras too because when you buy the belt originally it only comes with one bottle with the race cap. Careful though - I had a full one one the counter that fell off onto a wood floor and the top broke & cracked :(
