Comments: I purchased this small pack for my longer weekend runs. It takes some getting used to as you have to buckle the strap across your belly button while the pack is stabilized across your lower back. There is some bouncing that goes on while the bottle is full but after you take some water out it is pretty minimal. If you buy this pack make sure to note that the small pouch for keys and other essentials is really small. I couldn't even get my phone to fit in the pouch and it is a only a LG EnV (way smaller than iPhones). I was only able to fit about 4 Gu cubes and my large single Honda key.
