Comments: I love these spikes so much!! I just ran my pr (4:52) in them and they feel fantastic! Definitely get these! (They run a little narrow)

Comments: I'm a high school distance track and cross-country runner, and I just finished the track season in these fantastic spikes! The spike pins that came with these shoes really grip the track, but may be a little too much for some, yet easily fixable by getting an extra set of metal pyramid spike pins. These shoes truly provide excellent support and cushoning while being EXTREMELY LIGHT -- they felt light and aggressive in the 800m, and were comfortable for the entire 3200m. These spikes are truly amazingly light and comfortable, an excellent purchase along with a great price and free Golden State overnight shipping by Running Warehouse.(P.S.: Beware when wearing these on a dirt track -- the plastic spikes that cover the entire bottom of the shoe will wear down completely after a single run, but OK on an all-weather track)

Comments: Very nice and light. The entire sole of these spikes are covered with tiny spikes, results in a better grip with the track. Do not get these if you have wide feet.

Comments: Excellent pair of spikes. I would describe this as a hybrid between a mid-distance spike and long distance spike. It's a little more aggressive however I found that to be helpful. It feels like you can do an all out 800m in these but forgiving enough for the 10k. I have worn these for my mile PR (4:02) and 10k PR (28:10)and felt perfect for both. Overall excellent spike but believe best suits someone who is a little more aggressive in the 3k to 10k.

Comments: I wore these spikes and they were really good. Everyone should get these spikes.

Comments: Awesome steeple spike, much better than Nike's Mamba! I ran my steeples in this spike all last year and plan to again this year. The full length spike plate gives tons of grip when stepping on the water barrier if you miss getting the spikes into it. These spikes feel planted at all times and are plenty springy and light weight for the longer distances!
