Comments: I've used the Nathan Swift Energy Belt on one 8-mile training run and during a 10-mile race. This is the first time I've used a hydration belt. I liked that I could adjust the belt to my small waist and that it didn't ride up while running. I put my key fob and an energy gel in the pocket. Overall, I am pleased with the belt and would recommend it during shorter runs or during a race between water stations.
