Comments: I've never used this particular pak but I have another Nathan product with this exact bottle.  How can I say it......it sucks.  My belt has two bottles.  One of the bottles lasted all of two seconds.  The top and handle pulled off the very first time I tried to use it.  The second bottle lasted maybe two weeks.  Terrible design.  Poor quality control.
