Comments: These are not cooling sun sleeves. They are similar to the tights I used to wear when i was a little girl. It is that kind of fabric. They are WAY too hot for us to use in Miami. I'm sending them back. They might work in a less hot and humid climate. Maybe good if it's in the 60s.
