Comments: I just got my arch wrap last night. I am not impressed at all. The pocket for the ice pack is so small that three quarters of the ice pack hangs out. There is only compression on one quarter of the ice pack. I tried to put it on the back of my heel but since there is very little support on the ice pack there was not much contact with my heal. I ended up just putting the ice pack inside the entire wrap directly against my skin. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
