Customer Reviews

Comments: Previously, my default running watch was the Timex Ironman 100lap of which I owned 3. As a running watch, the Ironman, I thought, was unparalleled but due to their tendency to die I bought this Soleus equivalent. Well, let me admit that the Timex Ironman is still unparalleled and if you are looking at the Soleus Dash then buy the Timex Ironman. The Soleus is bulkier in every dimension: it is heavier and thicker enough for my to feel the watch when I run. This watch is supposed to be light and nimble; otherwise, I'd dawn a gps one for every run. Moreover, it's screen is not as easy to read on the run as that of the Ironman. The Timer options on the Ironman are more abundant and one could reset the Chrono without saving the workout. Although I like the more tactile response of the Dash, it does not compensate for the lesser functionality and increased bulk.

Comments: The best 'running' watch I've ever had in 25+ years of running. Large numbers, easy to read, user friendly and moderately priced. Puts Timex Ironman's to shame...
