Comments: Work great at relieving heel pain from long hours of standing and walking.  Used primarily in my work boots but also useful in other casual shoes. would not recommend for serious running but i don't heel strike when i run.

Comments: Great product. Fit over the standard insoles of my NB 883's.  Was having heel pain from standing in long lines at Disney World.  These fixed the pain and didn't change the fit of my shoes.  Not needed in my running shoes but for shoes I will be doing any amount of standing in these are going in from the get go from now on.
