Comments: I carry this in my hand on every run as I usually run alone and on miles of country road.  Very lightweight, and ready to fire in a fraction of a second. Never had to fire it, but have had incidents with males (of course), but I don't feel scared because I'm ready to blast anyone in the face. No female should ever run without it, no matter where.

Comments: Ran with it on a 7 mile trail run today.  It is very comfortable.  The adjustable elastic makes it sit comfortably in the palm of the hand without feeling like it will fall off.  Small enough to close fist around when pushing hard to climb hills.  The red button rotates to a locked position to prevent accidental spaying but it turns easily to unlocked.  The elastic is a little different than pictured - it has a bottom piece that prevents it from slipping out. I hope I never have to use it, but it's good to know I can.
