Move on to Trigger Point SMRT-CORE Level 2 DVD once you have mastered the foundational exercises presented in Level 1. Level 2 adds the intensity you need to further develop your core. Each exercise is presented with an added twist to further focus on the core muscles. Continue to build on the strength and stability gained in the Level 1 exercises. Level 2 is recommended only after comfortably mastering Level 1.
