The Wigwam Cool-Lite Pro Quarter Sock features a pique mesh instep with a dense, yet lightweight cushioned sole that refuses to breakdown.
Comments: These were the most expensive socks I have ever purchased for running, but I have known the Wigwam name for a long time. I have bought their socks for hiking and skiing, and always loved them, so I decided to buy 4pr of these. The first time I put the socks on I knew this was my sock. I have never owned a more comfortable sock for running. The sock is made of durable, moisture wicking materials; no cotton. Don't buy cotton socks for athletics. They just absorb sweat, and get sloppy. Then you get blisters.
I think I am going to buy 4 more pr of these socks so I can replace all of my older ones that keep falling down. These are ankle high (quarter length), and have the spandex and stretch nylon in the right places to prevent them from slipping down, yet they are totally comfortable. I highly recommend these socks to anyone who is serious about his or her sport. From: Frank, Teaneck State, NJ, USA
