Customer Reviews

Comments: This is a really nice short. The removable boxer brief is especially good, although I wish it was held in by more than a small plastic snap on each side. It makes putting the shorts on a bit cumbersome. I almost wonder if you'd be better off ditching the snaps and treating them like two separate pieces. The shell material is a bit stretchy, which I like. The 5" inseam is the sweet spot for me: not too much, not too little. The rear zipper pocket is nice and is much bigger than it appears at first glance. It will easily accommodate a key, ID and a few gels. The internal brief feels much different than the standard Asics 2 in 1 short, if you've ever tried them. The material is different and it seems to run a bit smaller. Not bad or good, just different. The grey color is very nice. The orange is VERY orange - the pictures don't do it justice. Think highlighter orange (which I happen to like). Is it worth $50? Maybe. If you price out stand-alone boxer briefs plus a high quality outer shell separately you'd probably spend at least $50.
