Comments: Simply not worth it. I bought it thinking a sub 4oz 5K shoe would be the ****. This really is just a spikeless CC shoe, thin fabric upper that is very prone to tearing, one piece felt(?) tongue...it's a very delicate shoe. You're much better off saving your money and opting for the Mach 14, similar cushioning, no discernable weight difference and much cheaper. If you're dead set on spending $100 on a race shoe, I'd recommend the Wave Universe head and shoulders over this. Quick breakdown: very firm sole, very thin upper, very thin tongue. +'s - very breathable Minus - very delicate - fabric upper tore within first 3 weeks, felt fabric tongue is tearing within 50 miles. Really only usable as a 5-10k race shoe.

Comments: Great fast shoe, very light. I ran a half in it.. I do not recommend it. Great for 5Ks though...
