Customer Reviews

Comments: Great service by I have flat feet and this shoe
was causing blisters on my left feet. Planning on returning these and
getting the asics gel foundation.

Comments: First I want to express how pleased I am with Running Warehouse's speed of service and selection. I received my shoes as advertised, and was able to wear them to my workout that evening. Now, on to the Gel Evolutions.  I like alternating my shoes.  Currently, I am using both the New Balance 1123s and the Evolutions. Both shoes provide excellent support, and have cut down on my ankles, knees and back aching after long speed walking workouts. The Evolutions are more comfortable for long sessions, and the muscles on the top of my shins don't get fatigued like they do with the 1123s. I love the Evolutions so much, I'm thinking about getting an additional pair, and wearing the 1123s for long days on my feet and casual wear, as they are very supportive, but don't provide near the cushioning the Evolutions do. ASICS continues to satisfy the demands of my 250 lb frame, keeping my body much more energized when I go to my weight lifting exercises (in different shoes of course).  I really do like New Balance shoes also, but my feet and body seem to respond better to the ASICS, and the Gel Evolutions appear to be just what the doctor ordered.

Comments: Reminds me of NB1011...only better in every way. Great support and stability, these shoes absolutely neutralize my moderate to heavy pronation problem. Maybe better than any other shoe I've tried (and I've tried many). Also, the upper is so plush and cozy, including an extra-padded ankle wrap, these are really well made and comfortable shoes. Unfortunately for me....despite the nice wide toebox on my size 10.5 4E's, the midfoot is a bit pinched-in and narrow for my particular duck feet...and for me at 160 lbs... I think I may be too light to really get the cushion system on these working for me, as I find these to be just too firm-riding for my 44 year old ankles and knees. So alas.... my search for my elusive perfect running shoe continues....

Comments: I got the Evo 6 about 2 weeks ago and I must say that they added a lot of padding especially on the upper part of the shoe. The Evo 6 has way more cushioning that its predecessor. The only downside is that the shoe will get dirty easily. Overall, I will recommend this shoe to my friends especially if you have flat feet!!
