  • adiPRENE+ is a resilient EVA-based foam made to cushion the forefoot on impact.
MIDSOLE
  • CMEVA consists of compression-molded EVA foam for durable cushioning.
  • Pro-moderator uses a firm, durable material co-molded to the CMEVA midsole to reduce over-pronation and provide a stable heel-to-toe transition.
  • Torsion System uses a wishbone shaped thermoplastic unit in the midfoot that allows the forefoot and rearfoot to move independently for increased stability.
UPPER
  • Open Mesh is used throughout the upper and provides breathability.
  • Microsuede upper for a soft feel and smooth fit.
  • respoEVA Sockliner is molded for anatomical fit for additional step-in comfort.
  • Strobel Last with the upper stitched to full length AdiPrene 45 Foam, for a soft underfoot feel.
OUTSOLE
  • Zonemotion is a gender-specific outsole design that delivers more forefoot flexibility.
  • AdiWear is a non-marking carbon rubber in the heel for durable, improved traction.
  • Blown Rubber is lightweight and offers grip for increased traction.

Comments: Had this shoe for a couple of runs now and its great. I use it as an everyday trainer for cross country. It's great if you are looking for a lighter trainer, and its a very stiff shoe- not so flexy, which I love as a forefoot striker. It's great for the long runs and it has good support through the midfoot. This shoe also works great for faster intervals like a 3x mile workout. All in all a great stiff trainer, I will certainly buy another pair.

Comments: As previously said, the upper is built-up quite a bit. if you're not used to it, you'll notice it. Just got back from an easy 5 and I have to say I like the shoe but it doesn't quite fit my right foot (fits the left perfect). I've worn DS-Trainer series for a long time and it's a similar shoe (adidas weighs a little less).

Comments: I have had these shoes for 3 months and wear them for intervals and long easy workouts which would total about 30-35 miles out of a 60-70 mile week. I rotate these with my Boston 3's. These have a relatively wider toe box than other shoes but are very breathable and are very durable. I train mostly on the road with some trails. I've run about 4:40's in practice with these shoes and planning on getting another pair for this years cross country season

Comments: I agree with the other reviewer on most counts. The upper is somewhat more built-up. Still a really nice shoe. Forefoot is wider which works well for the long haul. This is a very similar shoe to the Aegis in my opinion.

Comments: Just picked these up for a daily trainer. Ran 10km with them, a little bit loose in the heel (I could probably fix this with the laces). Good room in the toes. Gives good comfort without any awkward pressures on my foot while running (my former trainners/ flats were adidas rockets). They fit true to my regular size. They feel light while running as well. Grippy on wet pavement, especially on down hills.
