INTRODUCTION

The Run One miSOUL is a maximum feature shoe, moderate support shoe designed for speedwork, racing and daily training. It is built with a curved shape.

CUSHIONING

  • Si-18 is located at the heel and forefoot. This polyurethane compound is designed to enhance cushioning and disperse shock.
MIDSOLE
  • Superfoam is a full length composite foam engineered to resist compression for increased durability and high energy return. 
  • Dual Density Post is located at the medial midfoot and is a higher density foam intended to reduce the rate of pronation.
UPPER
  • Open Mesh covers the entire upper and allows moisture and heat to escape from within the shoe.
  • Flow Cool is located at the heel and toe and are perforations in the synthetic material designed for moisture management.
  • Five Stripe Overlays are used at the medial and lateral sides of the upper and are designed to keep the upper snug to the foot.
  • miSOUL Tech is an interchangeable insert engineered to customize the shoe for specific applications. Included with the Run One miSOUL are the Light 1.0 and Cushion 1.0 which are designed for racing or tempo training and high mileage training respectively.
  • Heel Counter is a thermoplastic molded piece intended to keep the heel snug in place.
  • Urethane Support Cage is located at the rear portion of the shoe and is designed to resist torsional flex. Traditional strobel last completes the forefoot for enhanced cushioning.
OUTSOLE
  • Aosta II is utilized at the heel and is a high density rubber designed for outsole longevity.
  • Blown Rubber is positioned at the forefoot and is a lightweight rubber intended for flexibility.
