Comments: I love these shoes. They are super light, comfortable, and fast. They worked very well in distances ranging from 800 to 3200 meters. I highly recommend these shoes, and next year's model should be even better.

Comments: I am a mid-distance runner who was looking for something light and more balanced than my 400-800 spikes to use in the mile or steeplechase. These shoes are exactly what I needed. There is much more to the heel than one would find in a Zoom Victory, but still allows athletes running as short as a mile to get up on their toes for a kick. Really comfortable fit as well. Tried racing the 1000m with them, but they weren't stable enough to handle tight indoor turns at that kind of speed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone running the 1500 or higher on the track.
