INTRODUCTION

The S-Lab 4 XT Wings is a maximum feature, minimum support trail shoe designed for racing, daily training and high mileage. It is built with a curved shape.

CUSHIONING

AC2 Muscle extends from the heel to the mid-forefoot and is sandwiched between the outsole and AC Skeleton. This composite foam is designed to provide cushioning.

MDISOLE

AC2 Muscle extends from the heel to the mid-forefoot and is sandwiched between the outsole and AC Skeleton. This composite foam is designed to provide cushioning.
AC Skeleton is utilized from the heel to midfoot and sits above the AC2 Muscle unit. The AC Skeleton is a thermoplastic unit engineered to aid in heel to toe transition while reducing lateral movement.
Pronation Control is located at the medial midfoot and is a higher density foam designed to reduce overpronation.
EVA Footbed sits above the AC Skeleton and is composed of an S-EVA foam engineered for under foot cushion.

UPPER

Open Mesh is used throughout the upper and is designed to be breathable and quick drying.
Quicklace is made from durable Kevlar fibers and is intended for easy shoe entry and exit.
Sensifit is located on the medial and lateral sides and is designed to wrap the foot with a secure fit.
Gusseted Tongue helps keep debris out of the shoe.
OrthoLite Sockliner is composed of anti-bacterial material and is designed to reduce odor and moisture while adding cushion directly underfoot.
Strobel Last is full length and is intended to give additional support.

OUTSOLE

Winter Contagrip is an aggresive lugged pattern used throughout the outsole and is designed for increased traction over varying terrains and conditions.
AC Tendon is utilized in the heel and is engineered for high energy return.
