Comments: First off.. Keep in mind these are my first step shoes into minimalist trail running so they will take a few runs to get used to, but I did my first trail jog in them yesterday and was beyond impressed and found the following:
Snug and conforming fit, I took a friends advice and ordered 1 size smaller then usual and they fit perfect. The mesh upper is great at deflecting water and debis. I also jumped in the lake to see how they would drain. Although they didn't drain instantly all of the water was out of the shoes within 1/2 a mile and even wet they felt lighter and more agile then my last pair of trail shoes while dry.
The Grip is incredible as I did not slip on any of the rocks, logs or terrain during my trek. The laces stay'd tight and the toe deflector did an excellent job at saving my toes from a few rocks I kicked.
You do need to get used to feel the golf ball size rocks under your feet as you run on gravel or small rock trails. Then again, this is my first minimalist shoe, so I'm sure most of you are already used to this.
At the end of the day I am beyond impressed and will continue to purchase ONLY INOV-8 products going forward. I am now switching my road shoes as well.
I purchased this pair with the intent of traiining and running multi-sport events such as Spartans and Tough Mudders and I am sure they will exceed my expectations at the next event.

Comments: Love these shorts!  They are not only comfortable and well made, practical with a functional rear waist pocket, they are cute and have a flattering fit.  Great colors for spring and summer.  I'll be wearing these a lot this season!
