Customer Reviews

Comments: Note to the narrow-footed: The fit of a regular B width is no guide to the fit of an AA width in same length and model. An 8B is far too short but too wide. An 8.5AA is hugely longer so the arch and supports are in completely different places. In New Zealand where B is considered narrow and AA is a special order, I am stuck. Need to compare 7.5AA and 8AA to try to get a comfortable fit. This is frustrating because shops think they are giving professional advice, and are understandably reluctant to bring in what they think are too small sizes. Asics, what is the story on length vs width?

Comments: The new changes did not work for me. I returned the shoes after the third wearing to my local running store. They contributed to a foot problem on my right foot that has kept me from training since November 1, and caused my plantar fasciitis in my other foot to start to flare. I was able to nip that one in the bud by no longer wearing the shoes, but the right foot is a total mess. I have a narrow foot and the Asics GT 2000 line is the only one that fits me real well so I don't know what I am going to do since I won't let this model touch my foot again. I found some v2s online to help me out over the next few months but after that I am stuck. The 2170 was my favorite. Running Warehouse!

Comments: Fantastic update!! Fits much better than the previous version, the toe box is similar to the 2170.
